COO – A&R , Head of Ops / Sync and License
In addition to A&R tasks, Jari manages the company’s operational and licensing activities. As he is passionate about music and the music industry itself, he still tours and occasionally produces for TV, records and commercials. A varied history in business gives him a broad perspective on different ways to approach music.
